1. What are the system requirements for Uncloak?

Uncloak simply requires an internet connection and a Windows or Mac for the software to run on.

2. Do we need to keep the software updated?

Yes, you should install the latest version of the software on devices accessing or using the services.

Support and Maintenance

No, but Uncloak works with 3rd party, vetted experts that are able to provide support if and when required.

Termination

1. How can we terminate the agreement?

You can terminate the Agreement by providing Uncloak LTD with 90 days' prior written notice. The termination period begins on the first day of the full calendar month after receipt of the notice.

Uncloak looks for vulnerabilities across an organisation's network, monitoring your anti-virus software to check you are on the latest version and are sufficiently protected.
